My wallet was recently along with my car, so cancelled all my cards and waited for new cards from Nedbank. My new cards arrived at east-gate and I was unable to obtain them during the first few days they have been delived so thought I would make use of the new M-Peza system they offered, I transferred money to my own cell and when I went to withdraw realized I was not "registered". I phoned the bank and inquired how to cancel this transaction to be told just wait 5 days and the money will be returned to your account. This was 8 days ago nothing has been returned, Phoned them again this morning to be told NO, you have to go into the bank to cancel the transaction. It seems like these people have no idea of whats going on. I honestly do not know why I still bank with them.
