My account is been Hacked

My husband's account is been hacked, I send a mail on Hello Peter, they respond on the 2 nd February that they will come back in 52 hours, still nothing happen, what a JOCK. they advertise this good service yes on TV/Radio and news paper it will work, but if it came by their clients nothing happen. If we gave anyone permission to hack your account, or what they said we used a third party, please be real, no the bank want to make us responsible to pay the money back after we did report it, I send several mails to the investigator and she said that they trace it and that a company who sell airtime received the money, we live for the past 8 years in Namibia, and the company who received our money is in South Africa and we don't even have that name of the Company they never gave us the name, why did the bank not take steps againts the company who received our money. And pay our money back, now they want to black list us. What a JOCK. treat your costumers well and with respect.
