Call sure insurance is supposed to replace a phone, i had no feedback for more than a month. They didn't accept bank access payment and wanted proof of payment faxed. I found out 2 weeks later after phoning. Sent the details. The email disappeared. Phoned again. Sent fax to another consultant while holding. He said they would phone me back to confirm address details. Week later i phone. Now they don't have htc phones in stock so i try to phone mtn to find a branch that has the htc or anything similar in stock. Phone was disconnected in my ear phoning 4 of mtn's branches. Not once for more than a month now have anyone @ call sure done anything to help me.. I'm still waiting, i don't even have an idea if they are doing anything? I need a htc one x or something similar to get my work done as i rely on android software, email and google maps and send high res photo's to my head office 5 to 10 times daily while on the road.
Useless??
