Outsurance
Not any better than the that my bag

I am absolutely disgusted with outsurance. My husband had my wedding ring insured for R12k rand, yes it was over insured, so should anything happen to it the difference in price hikes to replace the ring would be covered. When my handbag was, unfortunately i had my wedding ring in it due to the fact my fingers swell in heat. When we submitted the claim they asked for the valuation certificates which we sent, the value of the ring was R10k.
Not only are they not paying out the insured amount, which my husband has being paying the premiums for, but they not in even paying the valued price of the ring. They are only payng R6k because they say they can get the same ring at a cheaper price.
We are not paying premiums for the price that you can get, we are paying for the price we paid.
So much for bending backwards for your clients,
