I am appalled by the Miway service 2 say the least
I have logged a call with Miway on the 20th of Jan 2013. I had an accident with my car. It's almost a month and they haven't started fixing my car. I always have to do follow ups with them. 90% of the time, the phone goes to voicemail.
As yet, they haven't started repairing my car. It's been over a week since they have ordered parts for my car (VW Polo) how hard can it be 2 find those parts
i have been without a car for 4weeks and counting. I don't think these ppl care about what i am going through. The Miway ad is completely contradictory to what's really happening to me.
