On the 30 September 2012 I was involved in an accident with my, a metallic Red VW 2007 Model Polo 1.8T GTi with registration number of VZD 411 GP at Lephalale in Limpopo Province SA. I notified Miway about the accident and I was hospitalized from 30 Sep - 3 Oct 2012.On the 1 Oct in my asbsence Miway towed my drivable car to the Panelbeaters in Lephalale. On the 8 Oct accident assessor visited me at work for questioning and on the 10 Oct I received an email from Miway that my car has been written off and they requested the car keys, certificate of registratio and settlement letter from the bank which I submitted. They advised my that Barloworld is on standby to assist me in getting a new car. To my surprise, I received another email on the 19 Oct that my claim has been rejected for allegedly leaving the scene of accident unlawfully and for alleged dishonesty but by then my car was already taken to SMD for auction and it was listed as stock offer was made. My car parts was stripped off to extend that is was no longer drivable and incurred some extensive damages. The total costs of the claim was R96 610.08 not including the repairing of the third party's car. I need help
