I was involved in an accident last week Monday and after sending my photos to miway on Wednesday last week I haven't received any service from miway. I am in the dark and when i phone i must hold for hours and when someone answers they tell me to hold. WHAT!!! Miway is quick to offer a policy and tell you how great they are just to take your money but when it comes to helping the customer in my case nothing happens.
A relationship build for 3 years (good relationship) was destroyed in 3 days. I was planning on insuring my house and another vehicle with miway but IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN!!! i AM DONE WITH MIWAY!!!
