Been without a car for almost 2 months

I lodged a claim with MiWay on February 21, 2013 for an attempted. My door lock was damaged along with my ignition. You wouldn't expect repair to take that long as it's a Toyota Yaris, which is a common car with parts readily available. First I was told that the repairer misplaced the authorization documents and haven't started work on the car (MiWay didn't follow up with the repairer until I phoned). They resent the authorization and for the past couple weeks I've been hearing that they're awaiting parts. Delivery of email to Niko comes back as undelivered.

On top of this my policy documents are incorrect. I have been quoted on an excess of R 2, 500.00, but the documents state 10% of the car's value. I disputed this last year and they brought up the initial conversation finding me to be correct. After a couple requests, my policy documents haven't been updated.

Considering I've been without a car for such a long time, MiWay doesn't give a. They just blame it on the repairer. I feel as though I made the biggest mistake switching to MiWay.
