Unhappy about service

I am sending this report on behalf of my dad, who is not computer literate, he cannot send this himself. My dad has a comprehensive vehicle insurance cover with this supplier. The car was in an accident in 26 October 2012. My brother, who is known to the insurance company as a second driver of the car, was driving the vehicle at the time of accident. To date, we have not received any written communication about the insurance claim. We called them beginning of this year and (after we have called them numerous times) they told us via the phone that they won't settle the claim. It's been three weeks now that we are calling them asking for the written communication so that we can move on with this. Instead the lady that gave us all this information is suddenly not available and we are being sent from pillar to post.

We just need a written letter from them stating the reasons for rejecting the claim. They keep on promising to fax it but it never happens. We are also unhappy about the way in which they are handling this case.
