This morning I witnessed a very upsetting scene wile waiting. A man was on his cellphone less than a metre from the door when the security guard strutted up to him and said in a unnecessarily loud voice: " hey, hey, get of your phone, NOW! "
The man was so shocked, he returned with a explicit word which i wont repeat. I don't condone his response, but absolutely understand it!
What that unprofessional security guard doesn't know, is that that man owns a whole franchise of restaurants, i personally know him, he is now on his way to menlyn to change branches.

That was totally unprofessional and uncalled for. This FNB cannot afford such stuck up staff, seeing as most of the time they are unhelpfull, the manager is never in and the ATM hardly ever works. I suggest you look at the security cameras and deal with this problem.
