Bad service

I applied for a loan on the 28/01/13 and I was requested to send my documents as per listed by Old Mutual. I did all that, Noxy then phoned & said to me that everything is now processed all I need is a copy of my husbands bank statement. When I questioned Noxy she said they need a copy of my husbands bank statement that's all. When I spoke to Lauren with, she said that they have mentioned it to me about my husbands bank statement. I spoke to Theo the team leader still no luck. I evetually send through my husbands bank statemnet as well as my latest bank statement just to be told that I am unsuccesful, After all that, I personally think that it was more personal than professional.
