Deducting my ex-husbands insurance of my bank acc

I have reported that it is an illegal transaction to deduct my Ex-husbands insurance premium of my bank account and yet they are still sending the premiums thru my bank account. If this doesn't stop and my deducted amount is not fully reimbursed I will take legal action.

Virgin does't corporate with any requested information as to where did they found my bank account???
