Outsurance Debits Bank a/c Without Agreement

Outsurance debited my bank account without my agreement, this debit bounced, as it would do if unbudgeted and has resulted in a bank fee of R120.00 for me. I contacted Outsurance, advised them, and requested the pay me the R120.00 and write a letter for my bank (Nedbank). Outsurance asked for a copy of my bank statement to prove the charge, which I supplied. They have paid R40.00 because that is the fee for a stop payment. Their debit was not stopped by me because I was not expecting it and has resulted in the R120.00 bank fee. Outsurance now want me to get a letter from my bank to prove the fee is R120.00 and not R40.00. I gave them my bank's telephone number so they can call and confirm. They have paid R40.00 into my bank account and are not responding to my emails now. Please assist me. Thank you.
