How Can I Not Help You?

I went into the branch and spoke to Lee Roy. I had asked him if he could assist me as I see there is a Ackermans account on my name on itc that was paid up but its still showing he then advised me to call card devision it just shows he wasent listening to me as i told him i called there already and they advised me theres still a balance owing. I showed him my statements and queried the accounts i am now more confused as he did not even try to assist me. I want someone to assist me with this as soon as possible as everyone is just passing the buck.
