I bought shoes between the 04/05/2012 and 02/06/2012 which were on sale for R955. We queried the interest of 36 months at R42 to be cancelled as I never optted for. I advised that they cancel the 36 months option and reverse the charges that were incured and to give proof of when this was requested. This was queried on the 20/03/13 and on the 27/03/13 and spoke to Mmabatho, Raiela, Rashini, Juliet and the reference numbers are 130320001366 and 130327000851. Please assist as I have been paying the account in this manner for years and at the present moment my account balance is reducing and only changes of R40 shows on the account balance. I'm not pleased with this. Spitz advised that they can't assist me, i don't want to be sent from pillar to post.
