My biggest pet hate is going into banks, this is one of the reasons that I joined FNB so that just about everything can be done on line. I went onto the FNB internet banking to stop a debit order. This function was not working so I phoned the call centre who told me the sight was down. On asking if she had any idea of when it would be up and running I was told no. 10 days later the function is still not working. I have had to come into the branch were once again a regular occurrence in the Hillcrest branch and as per normal there is a huge line of people and less then half the tellers that could assist are available. My banking experience at FNB is not good and I dread coming in overtime.
