After countless telephone calls to the Home loans call centre and rejection of my Bond application without notice or explanation, I ws able after three weeks to speak to a lady in Cape Town called Denise Hopkins. Denise had my complaints sorted out and my bond approved in 4 days!! Just when I was about to change to any other bank, Denise came like an angel from heaven and kept me updated frequently, sent e-mails and made telephone calls. There are still people, although very few, at Standard bank who believe in rendering decent customer service. That woman deserves a medal!!
