On 27 September I went to Nortgate Standard Bank. I was helped to register my Cellphone for cellphone banking. While I was there I asked the lady to help me transfer some money (R1400) into my Sanlam Liquid account. She told me that she can not access my internet banking. So we had to go into internet using my debit card. On the debit card there is no beneficiaries so she had to create Sanlam again as a beneficiary. She then transfer the money into that account. Since then I struggel to get correct answers to where my money went to. I phoned on Thuesday 1 October and the Call centre told me that itI will take 3 working days. I then phone on Wednesday (2 October) just to here that it is not a Internet transfer problem I will have to go to the bank in Northgate. I told the guy that I am working in Pretoria and it will not be possible for me to go to the branch. He told me that a Branch manager will phone me. No one phoned. I phoned again on Thursday (the Customer Care line) and the lady told me (Michelle) that it is a internet problem. I told her I NEED MY money. Some of my debit orders at Sanlam Liquid did not went through because of this. My money is gone.
