Hi i called the fnb call center to reverse a debit order that went of my accoutn the consultant told me that they would charge me R35 or i can do it on my online banking. i logged to my online banking and the debit order stop function wasnt showing any debits. they stopped the debit at fnb call center and they charged me R35 because their online fucntion wasnt working. i was also transfered from premier banking to accounts to telephone banking just to stop one debit order
surely this isnt the type of service fnb aggressively advertises
