On Friday 24th May I logged in to FNB internet banking to make 2 future dated payments. This function wasn't working for some reason so I phoned the call centre and spoke to Carren Mokoena. She asked me to take a screenshot to show the issue and e-mail it to her, which I did, but I haven't had any feedback yet and as of this morning it still isn't working. This is a core function of the website, and needs to be rectified asap. I am due to travel so need to be able to process future dated payments for while I'm away.
