Dear Absa fourways. I am VERY VERY ANGRY with the service i received from one of your consultants at your branch. It was very nice banking with you but after today's service., i have come to a conclusion on closing my account. It has been very nice banking with you for the past 11 year. I am moving to Standard Bank or FNB. I'm still speechless up until now. Have been trying to get hold of someone from yiur head office but the 011 350 4000 number rings with no answer and i believe that is the reception number. After trying that number for so many time i eventualy get through but was put oh hold for 10 mins, WOW what good service is that. I now understand why so many people have been asking me to change my back and have been saying no but after today's experience i have decided to change. Wishing you all the best for 2014 and the future. Angry client
