Bad Service

I am sitting in the bank, waiting with 6 people at 11:30 and there is one person at ghe service desk. I have called the branch and nobodys even answers the phone. I hAve told one man who works here and he says they can not answer the phones becausw they are busy at the atm!!! This branch must be the worst in the country.
