Say no to fnb rather go to "steve's" bank

Around may/ june went to fnb boom st to open a business account. There are only 3 or 4 consultants and the branch is extremely busy. You sit and wait for hours. After a couple of visits eventually the account was opened. We were advised to come in again after a week to pick up the card. We were told to tel the person in the front that we need to see penny. We went about 3 times. Asking for penny didn't help as nobody bothered to inform her that we were there. As we have a business to run we left each time without the card after sitting there for hours. On the last occasion penny saw us waiting. However she closed her till and proceded with some other work. Why do this when there's a long line of people waiting. After waiting and waiting I eventually went up to penny and asked her to send the card to another branch. She called me the next day and we agreed that I would pick up the card at howick branch. I have the card but it doesn't work. So I called the customer care. Only to be told that some person by the name of Naella maharaj cancelled the card. Why? Witout my knowledge? I left a msg for this person to call me. No call back!? Take off those radio ads. Fnb is a waste of tym
