I went to pay my Lewis account for a bed I bought from them, it was my 1st instalment that was due. I receive the worst service in my entire life, a person was sitting at a desk as a Admin staff. I got to the branch it was full but he was just sitting not wanting to assist customers, I ask him is it possible he can assist? He's response was I AM NOT HELPING CUSTOMERS. I then ask him will it be possible if I pay my new account using my Debit Card to swipe at they branch he told me with attitude OUR MACHINE DOES NOT WORK with out apologising for the inconvenient cause by they machine not working. He keep sitting at his desk, as we know when Government grants are paid out all bank ATM lines are long he then told me to EITHER GO AND STAND IN THE LINE TO WITH DRAW THE FUNDS TO PAY OR JUST STAND IN THE LONG LINE AT THEY LEWIS BRANCH. He did not show any concern or gave any Customer service, would like to know where can I report this.
