I think this is probably the best way of getting companies to respond to your complaint speedily. I can't log in to view my credit report. When I try to use the username/password reminder, it asks me for my surname and password. After entering my surname, your system tells me that my surname is invalid. How can that be? I can't even register because the system says my profile has already been registered. This is a third year in a row that I'm complaining about the same issue.
