I have never even known about your existing, little even registered my ID number on your website to obtain a username and password. I am about to purchase a home and the estate agent told me about Transunion and the free credit report I can get there. So i thought that since i never made use your website I might as well check it out. When i tried to get my free credit report I was told to enter my ID number. But to my surprize your website kept giving me a message that my ID number was already registered. May I know who registered my ID nunber on your website? Afterall it is my ID number to surely I am entitled to know this information.
