Illing on wrong date

Hi

I was debited on Saturday 16th Feb 2013 of an amount of R1254.52. My account is normally debited on the 25th of every month with a total of R500.
The money that i received on the 15th was for something, and now when i call your team to reverse this transaction, the guy is so rude on the phone
and don't what to listen to any reason, all that he can say is that you guys will not reverse it.
The number that i called was 011 371 2024 and that lady was very helpful, she put me threw to another number where i spoke to this guy. I don't have his name
as i didn't feel the need to speak to him any longer.
I called there yesterday also and waited for more than 10min for nobody to answer. So who covers that costs?

All that i want at this time is a reverse on that total that was debited...
If this can't be resolved then i will close my FNB account.
