The cellular store where I handed my phone in for repairs followed their procedures resulting in them contact the insurance company, 24 Mobility, who use RAM hand to hand couriers. They gave Ram the details for the collection on my phone.
RAM hand to hand couriers failed to read their collection sheet and did not collect the phone. Agreed that this was not 24hr Mobility's fault...
But it took them a WEEK to tell me that RAM said my phone was not at the store (which it was and STILL is) and this was after I mailed them to follow up.
I was initially quite impressed with the service, but it was short lived.
So have been without my phone for a week and a half... and it is still not collected for fixing!
WHO PAYS for the incompetence? the CLIENT no doubt!
