Double debits on wrong dates

I am so angry with Capitec Bank. After the issue they experienced with EFTs on 6 January 2013 I made arrangements for my account to be debited on my pay date over 4 months. But yesterday when another company made a deposit to me the amount was immediately deducted and double. It doesn't even reflect on my statement. I went into the table view branch at 8am today and spent an hour there with the poor staff on the phone with help desk who couldn't help them help me. The call center staff didn't even know about the issue on 6 January 2013. They couldn't even give me a turn around time for the transaction to be reversed and were so rude to the branch staff. I HATE THE SERVICE I RECEIVE FROM CAPITEC BANK!
