Capitec refuses to do reversals i mean whats wrong with you people. In January you deducted money on my account without consulting me because of your negligence of not deducting the eft payments. Today i have debits that i don't know about from companies that made apparently you still don't want to give my money back. My colleague had a problem of a debit that his girlfriend made i mean are you guys serious. Who's important here your client or other people. Im so g@*! fol with you people and you will be loosing a lot of customers because of this. Im spreading the word about Capitec such a useless bank. We are a big company and most of us use Capitec guess what you will be loosing us.
