Often one goes into the bank unsure of what procedures need to be done, and how understanding and welcoming the person is that serves you. I went in to get a new debit card as my card was damaged and received such incredible and friendly service from a lady called Conny. She should be commended for her understanding and patience with someone who felt very ignorant about what to do and what processes to follow. Well done Conny and well done standard bank for employing such a top quality employee
