I have been waiting over 4 months for a response to my claim. I have submitted all my documents and left numerous messages both telephonically and via e-mail with them to even just provide me with feedback of my claim and to date i receive nothing. I have been driving around with a damaged bumper because they refuse to correspond properly.
People need to watch out for insurance companies that just take money and offer no service at all.
