My name is Anele Mkondweni and I have a car that is financed by ABSA, upon giving me the documents to sign they offered me CREDIT LIFE which was explained as "In the event I lose my job I will be covered for six months broken into 2 periods of 3 months". Long story short, a n initial complaint was sent to Hello Peter some time ago and ABSA was due to respond 54hours later which they did not do. My complaint reference number is 2226088 and PLOICY 080749606 with Hollard.

I spoke to ABSA and not Hollard and so I would like ABSA to resolve this issue because when I called Hollard I was told that this benefit only happens to people who are rethrenched and not on fixed contract (with me being out of my fixed contract). Question that still remains is why was this thing offered to me knowing filly that I am in a fixed contract? If this does not apply to me then that means all my contribution towards the cover needs to be re imbursed back to me.
