My car was damaged at Sonata Square in November last year. The body Corporate referred the claim to their insurance Company PSG and underwriters Etana. I have paid for the repairs to my car in January and have now being trying to get PSG and Etana to pay myself and Hollard insurance back. All PSG Konsult and Etana have done is played a game of run around so they do not have to pay out the claim. Neither company responds to emails from the recovery company. The recovery company have now threatened with legal action and still they play a game of its with our legal department - 4 months later. These 2 insurance are the most unprofessional and unethical companies I have ever come across. The one company blames the other and we never get any further. I am horrified by their ethics and lack of respect for people.
