Frustrating Behaviour to Customers

On 02 Aug 2013 my car was hit on the left rear door by a ford bantam belonging to Joest pty ltd. The lady who was driving appeared drunk, restless and some witnesses said that, she doesnt even have a driving license. A policeman came and took details.
On 12 Aug 2013 (george kennedy) husband of driver from Joest requested three quotes.
On 17 Sept 2013 (Sue) from Etana Insurance requested documents including those from my insurer in Harare.
On 01 Oct 2013 i forwarded all documents to Sue
On 02 Oct 2013 Sue acknowledged receipt of documents and assured me that thats all she wanted and had forwarded the docs to some ladies who are going to deal with the issue.
On 09 Dec 2013 after waiting for such a long time i emailed Etana Insurance (Nadene Buys) asking if they were still going to repair my car, claim number JB408 283.
On12 Dec a lady called Thando emailed me asking again for the same documents they were given by Sue and also from Harare and Police.
I SUDDENLY GOT FED UP, STRESSED AND FRUSTRATED BY THIS BEHAVIOR.
As of now i will get my car repaired and some qualified people can deal with it latter.
I ALSO BLAME JOEST PTY LTD FOR NOT HAVING STRICT RULES ON THEIR COMPANY VEHICLES
