Misleading Advertising - Opening a Current Accout

I decided to open a bank account with FNB for my trust after listening to all the promises and comparative advertising in the media. I must say I was very impressed when Michael Jordaan announced that FNB is the most innovative bank globally.

I applied for the account on line with high hopes but have been busy with the process for over a month now and I still do not have a functional account. When I started to see through the smoke and mirrors I realised that they took the normal account application process, but instead of getting their own staff to do the work they now rely on the client to get certified copies of documents and prepare everything that the banker normally do in one visit.

The part that broke the proverbial camels back was when they refused to accept the resolution authorising me to open, manage and transact the trust account.

I complained and I got this back from FNB:
Yes the document is legal as it was signed by the court (haha), but should this document be changed or be amended how are we going to know, As a bank we have our own mandates. This exact document was good enough to do business at "B" bank...
