Herewith I am laying an complaint in regard to non complaince by this company.
Applications for bursaries are being submitted and the applicants never gets feedback from this company.
My child was unfortunate to go through this, and this is were I draw the line to warn any parties not to use this company.
My childs application was submitted in September '12 and since 7 January 2013 we have been trying to get hold of these people for the status of the application submitted previously.
The landline these people do have, is constandly ringing and has not been answered once that I called, and when you leave a message, its being ignored. Is this company for real or is this a?
Until today, I have been phoning, faxing and emailing about 10 times a day in order to get a reply. Nothing has been received. Since last week, the cellular phone has been put down in my ear by this man who answered and since then the phones are not being answered, this is the landline aswell as the cellular phone number that I call on.
I have an idea that this is a and this person has no interest in assisting anybody other than himself.
