Hi, I am Hermalini Moodley, Guardian of Yudhisthira Moodley (the applicant), ID 9506125173085.I posted the application form via courier service on the 24/06/2013 and according to the courier services it was signed and received at the university on the 26/06/2013.The application was sent as to reach the University before the Medicine applications closing date which was the 30/06/2013.However on numerous attempts of me trying to contact the Universities Applications department on 031 260 2212, this number consistently rings and not one picks up. I was told that this number is the direct number to Nhlanhla who would be able to assist me with the application status. Again today I tried contacting Nhlanhla's line, but to no avail. I then spoke to a lady by the name of Khosi, who asked me to call Nhlanhla after 9:00am this morning. I have tried calling the entire day and still no one answered. I am trying to submit more current school results to add to the application, I then called Bhulie (031 260 2238) she put me through to Jean/Gene who informed me that the application was not loaded and has now passed the Medicine closing date after I submitted on on time and paid the application fee.
