So rude! lady at the switch board

I had to repeat 300 times what i want, to a cold toned person named aldi or aldeen whatever at the switchboard, then she put me on ice cream music, after a long agonising wait she appears again, as soon i say what i want and she recognises it is me she puts me back to ice cream music, what the???
