Bad attitute and Service

At around 13:20 yesterday (15/09/2013) I went to buy ice cream at Steers (Clearwater Mall), as I am about to buy, the lady who was taking my order asked the guy at the machice (i think he was the team leader) whether the ice cream was ready? He said no and that the lady should not process the sale just in case it won't be ready! So I asked how long will it take to be ready, he said 3 minutes (with attitude already). Then I said i will wait but can i pay so long, otherwise I will have to queue again. This guy said no, my order should not be processes because a void confuses their system and he is the only one who approves the void. So I said meaning I will have to queue again? So he said "Yes". So i asked how can a void confuse your system, he said i am telling you it will this is our system. I decided i will wait, after 3 minutes the machine was ready. I bought the ice cream, I was paying cash, so as I was paying i though the guy in front of me also bought ice cream. So I asked my exact words were "Lo baba lo umthengisele iice cream" meaning you sold ice cream to this man but not me. He said don't make this a issue, this guy's order is different from yours. Iyo the attitute?
