Two years ago FNB erronosly listed me on itc as a 'bad debt written off". after i complained they promissed to fix the error. they even sent a letter confirming this and i thought the matter was settled. i went and applied for car finance on the weekend and to my horror, FNB still has me listed but this time as a default. realy this is disgusting FNB cos you are messing with peoples lives here.
