Dear FNB, when i log onto my FNB banking, under insurance, i have a funeral policy listed. when I double click that, I see i must contact Liberty Life for more details
Now, I contacted Liberty, and they dont know how FNB gets or see that (because it doesnt exist).
I contacted my premier banker, she is finding out for me?
Honstly, I want to know :
1) What is that policy for that is listed
2) How is FNB picking it up as it doesnt exist at all
3) How is online banking so wrong (to list incorrect information)
And lastly, FNB website is so, i browsed for 30 min, who can i contact related to the online banking query, and i gave up eventually. That is why i am putting my query up here, as i know i will get a reply soon (ish), i hope
