FNB Claim insurance claim 360 hours and counting

On the 18 August 2013 my house was broken into and a lot of my stuff was. On the 19 August 2013 I sent a filled in claim form to the fnb claims email address who then said it would take 72 hours to process and get back to me. It has been 360 hours and counting of me having to run after Petra, who always promises to call me back and seldom does. When she does her system always seems to be slow or not working. On a certain friday (29 August 2013) she promised to call me back and never did. When I call 0861000804 Petra seems to be always on the line and every consultant asks me to leave a message so that Petra may call me back.

This left me thinking that one should never take any insurance products from a company who cannot even meet their own 72 hour promise! I would not want to be running out for a funeral claim or worse my family running around for a life cover claim.
