About a 2 months ago, i made an online transaction on [URL Removed] The supplier said i had a credit card, They took the money and said that i would have to contact the bank for a refund.
Next business day i went to the bank, and they said the card was not, and that in order to refund the money i would have to cancel the card.
To this day, i did not get any sort of notification that FNB is working on the refund or that i will get the money back. This was R1200.
Further to this, i made an online transaction about 4 months ago, and i did exactly the same thing, and it was only for R80, but i did not get the money back from FNB even though dispute forms were filled in and cards were cut up.
I am very unhappy with this service, and i have just switched to FNB about 6 months ago.
Please could someone contact me urgently
