Terrible Service

I applied for a loan via internet banking last week already, I was advised to take the relevant documents to the bank on Saturday last week which I did. I got a call from FNB who confirmed that all paper work was in order and that my loan would be paid out to me on 13.02.13 its now 15.02.13 and still no payout! I cant understand what the hold up is if everything is approved and in order and only needs to be paid out. Terrible service so dissapointed. Ads say one thing but the actions shows something different. Why are you doing this FNB?
