Poor / Bad Customer Service

My car was booked on the 22 Jan 2013 to Global Hail for repairs, no feedback even when they promised to call on 13 feb 2013 I am still not contacted.

They are even refusing to extent my car higher, but they dont know when will the Panel Beater be ready to release my car.

I did not choose the Panel Beater and why am I not getting the feedback on progress on my car.
