Terrible attitude and service

I applied for a loan almost a week ago and right from the begining there have been issues. Your staff have little or no respect, they need to be reminded of the fact that ithey are not the customers. Today at 13:00 I got a call to say my loan request was cancelled due to a debit order in december that I didn't even know about at the time but when I found out about it 5 days later I paid for it, but your accounts department can't seem to grasp the idea of how can you pay for a debit order if I don't even know about it. I was R85 short for it which is why it bounced, so for a stupid thing like that my loan was declined. I was stringed along like a puppet for a week. I have been with your bank for 20 years and this is how I get treated. Disgusting!
