LOAN CONFIRMED - NOTHING FURTHER

I originally applied on 24 October - got promised a call back then nothing - had to reapply 1 nov 2013 all got done and all was met and all was approved - when querying payout nobody knows anything and all i get told is someone will call back - still nothing - call centre is pathetic - u get approved for a loan and provide all that necessary documents and u never hear a thing again - when querying the payout was told a loan consultant will call again - this has been hectic and i dont recommend them to anyone
