Very angry and unhappy client

I called Bayport telling them My handset's is blank and is not working, not due to any damage caused by myself. They delivered the phone to my work place. But now I need to take it to NOKIA for assessment and they are not sure as to whether I need to pay for it.they called me and i told them i wont be able to do that i dont have time as am always at work the agent by the name of Jerry told me its not his problem. i also inform them taht i lost the sim card want them to transferre airtime to the sim that i have they refused. as i could not get help from them i then requested cancellation with the refused and told me to pay R4603.89 and said if i dont pay they will send me to legal dept and i told him i wont pay for their poor service. Why on earth am I paying for a contract when the service being provided is pathetic. If they are not willing to keep to the contract, why should I pay to get out of it. if you can't fix the problem then cancel the contract because i wont pay for your poor service.
