Giving the worlds best bank a bad name

As a FNB customer, I recently got offered 2GB of 3G data on a Cell C contract with the option to add 500mb more plus a free speed stick. I took the full package with special instructions that the 2GB data be available on a micro sim for my ipad. when i received my order. The micro sim had the 500mb and the normal sim had the full 2gb. I tried to contact FNB to inform them of this problem and they insisted that I had to contact cell c, i called cell c and they then referred me to their sales department, who in turn referred me back to fnb connect, who then referred me to fnb cellular sales. and for the pass week i still have no idea which department or company to speak to as no body can help me with this problem
